Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free demo first

We offer a free online demo before you buy, so you can see HisaabDesk working before paying.

2. Annual licences

• Full refund within 7 days of payment if HisaabDesk cannot be installed or cannot connect to your Tally, and we are unable to fix it.
• Otherwise licence fees are non-refundable once the licence is activated. You may choose not to renew; there is no auto-debit unless you set one up.

3. Setup, TDL packs and custom work

• Setup fees are non-refundable once installation is completed.
• TDL invoice packs and custom work are non-refundable once delivered as agreed. If a delivered pack does not match the agreed requirement, we will correct it free of charge.

4. Cancellation

To cancel before installation, write to info@tacminds.com or WhatsApp +91 92747 92913. Unused, unactivated licences are refunded in full.

5. Refund timeline

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
